東港自古即為魚米之鄉,高屏溪賜給我們飽滿的稻穗,結實纍纍的甜美水果。承蒙媽祖厚愛,東港的魚貨總是一年四季不虞匱乏。除了名聞遐邇的東港三寶黑鮪魚、櫻花蝦、油魚子,還有聲名遠播的烏魚子、那個魚、紅喉、處女蟳、旗魚、大鵬灣生蠔等,數量與種類之多,獨步全台。

福灣莊園內提供在地創作料理,季節創作甜點及下午茶cafe,
菜單隨著季節的更迭變換,漁獲端看海龍王割愛,水果就等土地公賞賜。因此若無法滿足您的特殊需求,請多包涵,或請盡量提早預訂確認菜單。

莊園內所有料理皆不含味精、採用臭氧科技解毒殺菌,
您看不到的地方請放心交由我們把關。

莊園內亦提供草原婚禮服務,可以圓桌合菜或buffet方式宴客,搭配villa住宿方便迎娶或親家過夜、新娘休息,歡迎現場洽談。

Wedding Services

"Spring bids farewell to bell fruit, welcome the sailfish, and bring vibrant oranges. Summer occupies Pingtung for twelve solar terms, holding mangos, and the beating of the drums welcome the bluefin tuna. The shrimp always arrive in autumn and persimmon also join the party. In the winter, the roads are draped in the red of sun-dried cherry shrimp, making the winter not feel cold anymore.

Donggang has been a place of milk and honey (fish and rice in Chinese). The Gaoping river brings us an abundance of rice and fruit. Thanks to the love of Matsu, Donggang's fishing catch is plentiful throughout the year. In addition to the fame of Donggang's three treasures - bluefin tuna, cherry shrimp, and oilfish ovaries; as well as it's famous mullet, fish, coris fish, virgin crab, swordfish, Dapeng Bay oysters, etc. There are many kinds and many quantities - all only in Donggang.

Fuwan offers innovative local cuisine, creative seasonal desserts and afternoon tea.
The menu changes with the season. It all depends on what the sea provides and on what the harvest brings. So if we cannot meet your specific dining needs, please forgive us. And let us know your dining needs as early as possible .

All of our dishes are free of MSG and ozone sterilization. Put your trust in us to take care of your dining.

We also hold wedding receptions on our large lawn. We have round table dining as well buffets. Our villa's accommodations bring are great for wedding guests to stay. We welcome potential customers to visit with us about your needs.
